Why WayIn exists
High school students are constantly encouraged to gain experience, explore careers, and build their futures. But finding those opportunities can be unnecessarily difficult.
Job shadows, internships, summer/career programs, and part-time jobs are scattered across dozens of websites. Some opportunities are never publicly posted at all. Too often, access depends on knowing the right person.
WayIn was created to make that process easier.

Starting Local
WayIn is beginning in Greater Cleveland by bringing local career opportunities together in one accessible place and helping organizations create new ways for students to experience the professional world. We plan to expand as the platform grows.
