You can browse WayIn without a student account. WayIn does not display student personal information publicly.
Information you choose to share
Organization submissions include contact information and opportunity details. Contact forms store your name, email, role, subject, and message. Listing reports store the listing reference and the concern you describe. These records are available to authorized administrators for review and follow-up.
Saved opportunities and application clicks
Saved opportunities are stored only in this browser on this device. Clearing browser storage removes them. Application clicks record the opportunity and time; WayIn does not attach student identity to those records.
Sign-in and hosting
Administrator sign-in uses Supabase email and password authentication. Session cookies keep administrators signed in. Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores its records. These services may process technical information under their own policies. An authorized, confirmed email is required for administrative access.
External applications
Applications are submitted on organization websites. Those organizations control the information collected and their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
Questions or removal requests
Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Please do not include sensitive information in your request.
