Our publishing principles
- Custom opportunities should come from organizations that have been checked before publication.
- Listings identify the organization, workplace location, eligibility, and application process.
- Students must never be directed to a private residence through WayIn.
- Student personal information is never displayed publicly.
- Parent or guardian permission should be obtained whenever required.
- Listings are reviewed periodically. Past deadlines and ended programs automatically disappear from public results.
Before you take the next step
Review the listing with a parent, guardian, or trusted adult. Check the organization’s website, confirm the location and transportation, and ask about supervision. A reviewed listing is not a guarantee of safety or selection.
Do not send sensitive information through a listing report or the contact form. Applications happen on the organization’s website and are subject to its policies.
Something doesn’t look right?
Use “Report Listing” on any opportunity page to flag inaccurate details, suspicious requests, unsafe locations, or an expired program. Reports are saved privately for administrator review.

All demonstration opportunities are clearly labeled, use fictional organizations, and have applications disabled. They do not represent verified programs or partnerships.
